SFM and Sandstorm License

I've noticed our devices that are licensed for Sandstorm are not reflecting in SFM.  We are running the latest SFM build and our devices in question are running 16.05.5 MR5.

I couldn't find this in the latest KIL or release notes.  Any insight on what might be causing this?

    you should be discussing this with your reseller/partner who can review your licence and/or raise a ticket with Sophos.

  • Thanks Ian.  We actually are a reseller/partner.  I tend to put issues like this up here in case others have the same issue.

    Ravi is generally pretty quick to review/respond, but if not I will raise a support ticket with Sophos and update this thread.
