XG web console missing

Day 3 and i have upgraded to 16.05.6 MR-6 yesterday and still having to reboot the XG to get the user portal and admin portal working. Opened a ticket and waiting :(   for a resolution 

Hi,

Could you DM me the case#. Instead of restart, take SSH to the XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Shell and execute the following command:

service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

If that doesn't resolve the issue then do a Memory and Harddisk test.

Thanks. I loose the SSH access when i have trouble logging into the GUI. I will run these tests now 

Thanks folks for your help. Was found to be a defective hard drive and was replaced. 

FYI to anyone reading this - I was having the same problem. I am now working on a getting a RMA for my unit - bad hard drive as well.
