XG web console missing

Question

I have an XG running 16.05.5 and today morning my wireless was down and i was unable to access the XG GUI. I am yet to reboot the XG as it is in production. Normal internet traffic is working fine, except the SSL and User portal is down. I am unable to access vis SSH as my credentials were not accepted. Has anyone encountered this error before.

Hi, 
 Could you DM me the case#. Instead of restart, take SSH to the XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Shell and execute the following command: 
 service tomcat:restart -ds nosync 
 If that doesn't resolve the issue then do a Memory and Harddisk test .

Thanks folks for your help. Was found to be a defective hard drive and was replaced.
