Issues on terminal server

I have recently deployed in the network. Our users are having issues getting proper access to network resources when browsing from the terminal server.

What could be causing this? 

Can I apply User/Network rules to a terminal server? or Logins to Terminal Servers are not detected by STAS?

    Cebu,

    if the XG is filtering the traffic between Terminal Services and the network resources users need to access, make sure the proper firewall rules exist.

    STAS is not able to catch the user, because on TS more than one user connects so only the first one is correctly authenticated (TS IP --> User). The next users are not considered.

    Install SATC. On the forum you can find some help on how to install SATC.
