Hey there ! Im done testing the Firewall XG so i wanted to install it to a small rackserver i got here.
I installed the Firewall XG and connected to it via cable and gave myeself the ip 172.16.16.10.
I tried to ping bothway and it works. When i try to open the Webinterface with different Browser it isnt opening anything.
I did that before on another maschine without Problems. On the Server Side everything seems normal the Menu Pops ups where i can choose between the Options (AA,1-7) and can nagivate it normally. I thought it might be a certificate Problem but thats not it either. On Windows whenever i try to open the Webinterface with the Default ip and port ( https://172.16.16.16:4444) it says Connection failed. I used the same Notebook to configure the other FW so it cant be the notebook.
The Server Running an Hardware Raid. The Bios Date+Time was wrong, i fixxed that and installed the Firewall again no change.
Before XG there was a Linux FW installed with Grub + a Software Raid which i both removed. Could that cause troubles?
Im outta ideas. Anything i could have missed?
