Sohpos Activation issues (Has ISP Address, no internet)

Can't ping any external hosts/IPs. DNS is configured on the device as well. (it got everything properly from my ISP)

have you tried rebooting the machine? have you tried also to isolate the issue eg. connecting a laptop/desktop directly to the WAN link?

The WAN link is fine. I can plug in my old router and i get internet right away.

I have also tried rebooting the machine. It just seems like Sophos is unable to route the traffic properly.

Atlantisman,

use the console options to understand WAN and LAN ip. Make sure you can ping your Router and your pc from XG. Also the WAN and LAN ip must be in separate network.

Interesting name! What settings do you select on the WAN configuration page during the activation? Please refer the getting started guide for virtual appliances. 

Any help?
