Communication problem from head office to branch ofice

Sophos xg firewall

i can access all head office devices from branch but i am not able to access any devices located in branch office.is ther any rules or something need to configure ?

Raneesh,

make sure that:

firewall rules exist

use tcpdump -Xx -v -A -s0 "x.x.x.x" where x.x.x.x is any remote ip while you are trying a ping
