Synchronized Security is a technology used by Sophos in order to establish a connection between Sophos Endpoint, Safeguard and XG and exchage data. If the computer reports a not healthy status, XG and Safeguards will proceed with proper counteractions. More info here:

Suspicious file is managed by Sophos Cloud Endpoint protection and the policy you configured there.
