Meghan, in real time scanning, users will not get any warning XG page but only Admins can see a malware has been blocked on a web page inside the logs. You can also use the reports to get this kind of info.
Make sure to tick "Scan http" and "decrypt and scan" (if you want to stop malware inside https traffic too).
