Sophos sandstorm in email protection

Question

If I want to use Sophos Sandstorm to add an extra layer of security to their email traffic, so I enabled a trial. However, I cannot find the option. What likely cause of this?

Is it because my email protection configured in legacy or MTA mode?

 Sophos Sandstorms works only when XG is acting as MTA agent (and not legacy). You can find all the steps required to activate the trial, synch the license and use it at the following url:
