Surfing Quotas against web Categories?

Question

Can you confirm you cant use Surfing Quotas against web Categories? 
 For example a group of users can only use 'Social Media' for only 30 minues aday..

Ryan, 
 create the surfing quota for a group of users and then apply the Web filters.

 The quota will be applied to the entire webfilter. You cannot apply a filter to a catagory inside the same web filter.
