How to connect local ichat to and from Head Office to Branch - Using XG 115w and RED 15

Hi, Recently connected our Head office and branch with XG 115w and RED 15.

Getting internet and local network but cannot get ichat to and from head office to branch.

At head office, getting ichat within office and at branch office getting ichat within branch users only.

what type of RED connection are you using?

Are the branch office users using their local internet or the HQ internet provided by XG?

Hi Ferrara,

We are using Standard/Unified connection.

User need to login through Captive Portal to access internet.
