Hi all,
I have been facing issues with getting snmp working for me. I have done the following:
- Allowed SNMP on BOTH LAN and WAN under Device Access
- Created an any to any firewall rule allowing snmp ports (161 and 162)
- Deployed the cacti server both in LAN and WAN zone
- Double, Triple Checked the community name
- I have tried with enabling both v1 and v2 snmp at the same time and individually as well but to no avail
Everytime cacti was giving me snmp error. I was able to perform an snmpwalk through the linux server running the cacti but cacti was not able to poll the XG for snmp data. It was detecting it was online via icmp but nothing on snmp.
Netflow works fine though
