Can't delete device

Running SFM v16.05 GA.

When attempting to delete devices that no longer are syncing (old test software firewall) we get an error that the device can not be deleted (screen 1). Screen shot is from admin user, so permissions is not the issue.

Screen 1:

Rebooted the appliance to no avail. I can successfully delete hardware appliances regardless if they are synced or not. In the interim I have removed all user permissions so our techs don't see this, but I would like to get it cleaned up properly.

Hi John,

I need logs from SFM advance shell to analyze issue further. While you try to delete XG device from SFM, please email me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) below logs,

/log/ccc/system.log

/log/ccc/Controller.log

/log/tomcat_service.log

Hi Ravi,

Since the firewall in question was a VM, I recreated it and then synced it. Once synced I could delete with no issues.

I will attempt to duplicate and get those logs to you.
