I get from my ISP 3 links on 3 separate modems, all in DHCP, but in the same range, so the default gateway is same on all. how can i control which host uses which public IP ?
XG has 3 WAN ports that connect to 3 cable modems, all are DHCP in the same range and same IP for gateway. XG has 1 LAN port to all clients. but i want to have certain clients using different public IP.

You cannot add/manage multiple gateways if they all have the same ip/subnet. This is something wrong. This will make confusion on routing table.
Once all the 3 gateways have different ip (talk with you isp ) add all of them as wan zone port with their ip on 3 XG ports and then on firewall rules choose the primary gateway to be used and the outbound address to be used as described here:
