DHCP Address Pool over Multiple Ports

Hi Guys,

I've tried a couple of things and can't seem to get this working.

Port 1 out of the box is setup as LAN, so thats fine. I have also set port 4 up as a LAN interface.

I understand that i need to create a lan to lan bridge and firewall rule and thats fine i'm just struggling with the DHCP scope.

Port 1 is set to static IP out of the box, I stupidly changed this to DHCP and then got locked out of the device because I couldn't get an IP.. Console cable CLI Factory Reset all good.

I went into the DHCP and Add new server and followed this guide https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123133

I selected Interface1 as the Interface but it threw an error back saying that this can't be applied to this interface. Im guessing because interface 1 is set as static? But if i set it to DHCP without first setting up a server i get locked out?

Unless i did something wrong the bridge doesnt display as an interface option either.

I would like one DHCP Lease pool eg) 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.199 for both Port1 and Port 4

Im guessing its something simple I have overlooked...

    Firstly you will have to create a Bridge Pair.

    Network -> Interfaces ->Add Interface -> Add Bridge

    In the Settings assign Ports 1 and 4 under Member Interfaces. Assign it a STATIC IP within the subnet you are using in the DHCP pool, but this IP should be different from Ports 1 and 4.

    Next, setup the DHCP server. For that go to Network -> DHCP. If you already have a DHCP server running edit it. Under Interface select the Bridge you created in the previous step. Now the DHCP server will hand out DHCP addresses on both the ports (or any number of ports you have added in the bridge)
