Email reports empty

Hi Folks, 

 

We are using XGXG105 (SFOS 16.05.4 MR-4) and accessing the Reports / Email / Email Usage, we see no info. 

We can see in /var/tslog/awarrensmtp.log that there is log about smtp connections.

Is there anything that need I do to see these infos by reporting panel!?

    Hi Ulrich.

    Yes th other reports are working, except Mail reporting that is empty.

     

    Have you idea? suggestion!?

    HI Carlos,

    Could you share a snapshot of the settings of the logs and confirm if the Emails are enabled as per the snapshot presented. You may check the header information of the received/sent mails if the header information is tagged by SophosXG or not.

    Yes, I was a double check in this config. And all email options are selected. As you can see in image attached.

     

     

    I will confirm the header information as soon.

    But I belive that yes. Because I can see the acteion and emails infos in /var/tslog/awarrensmtp.log file

    as you can see (I masq the original infos)
