caa under mac os x disconnect automatically after few seconds

the sofos caa does not work properly it disconnects after few seconds ,

As you can see at the top it is grayed out

Mounir,

I think the OS X is too old.

Connect to XG CLI, go to advanced shell (option 5 > 3) and post the log:

tail -f /var/tslog/access_server.log while you connect using SAA on MAC.

I have this same issue but on OSX 10.8.X.

I initially considered posting my data here but instead have opted to open a new thread.
