LAN Captive portal Authentication was BLOCKED by an AV

Question

Hi Sophos Community 
 Hi Sophos Certified Engineer and Architect 
 Good day 
 Have u encountered this problem? 
 Lan captive portal was blocked by an AV which is Eset 
 under Wifi captive portal no error like this message was occured only on LAN 
 users may allow access to pop up this authentication but then if the users blocked this pop up message no authentication message will pop up? 
 the problem was on sophos or problem was on AV? 
 and how to fix this issue

Kunkka, 
 I think the problem is with the AV installed on Endpoint (ESET in this case). 
 Check if the captive portal is working with a computer without ESET installed.
