Report of Failed connection attempts in Sophos XG.

Hi,

You can check the awed.log. What trouble do you face while connecting the AP to the XG? If you are not able to register the AP with the XG then my first guess, check in Administration | Device Access | WiFi | Wireless protection, select the Wireless option for WiFi zone.

Im referring to a report which would show the failed connection attempts. 

Please take a look at a different post i started ( https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f/wireless-security/91754/alot-of-failed-connection-attempts ) in the first post you will see i posted some screenshots of the failed connections attempt in UTM. I would like to see the same information with XG.

Hi Peter,

Hard guess, go to Reports | Networks & Threat | Wireless, generate a report and check if that contains failed attempts. If you don't find any then please raise it as a feature request on Sophos Ideas.

Also try

System Services, Log Settings.  Make sure Wireless is on.

If i select wireless and press "save" its unchecked again.

The option under it "Accesspoints & SSIDS" is greyed out.
