How do I create an exception for an email address within the XG?

Hello,

Ive read through a couple of other peoples questions, but they didn't really answer the problem I am facing.

I have a Sophos XG Firewall for one of my clients. They are having an issue where one specific email address is getting quarantined, but unfortunately, when I go to look at the SMTP Quarantine log, it doesn't tell me why its getting quarantined. This seems odd. Most mail filter programs will give you some information as to why... so I am stuck not knowing why its getting quarantined.

At this point, I just want to know if it is possible to whitelist this persons email address within the Sophos? I'm sorry fi I didn't look deep enough at old questions, but I'm pulling my hair out on this one.

Thank you.
