I am trying to setup Airwatch for our 4G users, I have one particular problem that needs to be addressed.
Our 4G users have a whitelist of domains they can use on the 4G devices we have given them. If they haven't logged in everything else gets dropped that isn't on the whitelist.
Now the issue I have is that Airwatch needs specific communication to some servers, I have added all the ones that I know and are listed in the sites but I am still having issues with some deployments of applications to our tablets.
What I need is to see what traffic is getting dropped. I need it to report to me exactly what IP range (or even preferably a domain) that it is trying to hit so I can then add this to the whitelist.
I had created a rule for 1 specific user on our 4G APN and I gave it the same access. I am see almost no traffic on the Logged traffic for the rule. Is there an easier way to see this with more detail. Log viewer is very sparse and i find doesn't always show ALL the traffic.
