Whitelist specific email address

Question

We are running XG 16.05.04 and configured SMTP in MTA mode 
 We added 3 email addresses of the same domain user@domain.com user2@domain.com user3@domain.com in the antispam exception list in the smtp general setting 
 However emails from those email addresses keeps being quarantined . 
 Is something missing in our configuration ?

 Please add the domain/email address in Spam Check Exceptions of General Setting, as per the snapshot below.

Hi Stefano, 
 When XG is configured in MTA mode, it is only capable to bypass Anti Spam check as suggested by Aditya Patel . Could you check in the awarrenmta.log and verify why are the Emails quarantined. It could be caused due to Malware protection/AV scan. If you want to further investigate this issue please provide us the log file information. 
 You can find the related log in /log directory. Please refer, Sophos Firewall: Where to find log files .
