So how do I join?

You wait until it is announced then you manually download the software to your XG, then install it. You might also use the beta licence which runs for the duration of the beta (full functionality).

Any news on v17

Beta should start within this week (They promised last week). Hopefully sophos takes enough time to fix bugs which occur in Beta Time (What they not allways did in past).

And so, hopefully final Version is NOT going to Public befor end of October (Because any earlier date means they did not fix the bugs).

XG v17 Beta should be released this week with GA planned for Mid October depending on how the beta goes.

the pdf document is available only for Partners. I guess talex will publish it as soon v17 beta section will be opened.
