ERROR: SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL under Decrypt & Scan HTTPS

Question

Hi SOphos Community 
 How to fix this error? 
 I already upload SSL CA certificate from Sophos XG appliance into my browser but it keeps saying that error.. I already regenerate SecurityAppliance_SSL_CA and upload it again to my browser but then again no luck.. error always getting poping up. 
 Is there any way that can i fix this?

 what browser are you using? If you are using the latest version of Chrome, it is normal. Install MR4, because subject alternate name is accepted only. Use Firefox or other browsers if you cannot upgrade.
