Is the Home License available on XG Hardware yet?

 

I saw a previous discussion on this about a year ago and it was mentioned that the home license might be available for use on XG Hardware in the future.

    Hi Christopher,

    Yes, you can install home on XG appliances.  I have done this numerous times with no issues.

    The trick is to wipe the partitions first.  I usually run gparted on a USB stick and wipe the partitions.  Once that is done, booting off a USB stick with the software iso works great.  If you want to revert back, just use the hardware iso.

    Has anyone managed to get the lcdd (Deamon for LCD Display on Appliances) to work on a Software Insstallation (SG2xx Hardware)?
