Load balancing Spillover

Question

I need to implement a load balancing spillover kind between tow internet links. 
 In this way I should be able to configuring the bandwidth limit of the primary link, when this limit is reached the secondary link should start working. 
 Is it possible in Sophos XG firewall?

 this is something not possibile yet. You can play with weight but not on KB/MB used.
