RED configuration

Hi, I'm currently testing our RED with our XG. I've successfully setup one by following the "Step by Step on how to setup a SOPHOS RED in a XG firewall" (big thanks to the author who provide these steps).

However I have the following questions:

1) Should each RED be in its own zone? or should it be in the same zone I want it to access?

2) I use RED to provide DHCP to its LAN, but I cannot see where I can set the DNS server entry. I want each RED to use a DNS server I nominated for it.
