Find out How Much Bandwidth a user is using?

Hey,

In the Current Activities --> Live Users section it shows how much data transfer a user is using.

Also for the same corresponding users IP in the Live Connections section it shows the bandwidth used by that ip address. 

So I wanted to know what the difference is between Live Users and Live Connections sections?

Sometimes in the Live Users section it shows a higher bandwidth usage than in the Live Connections section for that corresponding IP.
