Remote Users Page not Populated

Hi,

 

I have an XG310 on SFOS 16.05.4 MR-4

We have users connecting into the system with PPTP VPN, authenticating via Radius.

 

I would expect when they are connected, that they would be populated into "Remote Users"

I can usually see users connected under "Live Users", but that is not always completely reliable either.

 

Any thoughts or ideas on this? is remote users just reserved for SSL VPN?

I have tried L2TP as well.
