Problem - high value of Lost Packets

Hey,

Some days ago I realized, a that i've got a very high value of packet loss between my Frittzbox 7490 ---> Sophos XG.

Does someone have an idea, where the problem is?

My system:

Esxi Server: ESXi-6.5.0-20170104001-standard-customized (VMware, Inc.)

Network: 2 NIC's

NIC1 -> connected to Fritzbox 7490 (this is my WAN Interface)

NIC2 -> Connected to a layer 3 Switch on a Trunk Port

-> VLAN 20 - Internal

-> VLAN 50 - Guest

Running VMs on the Server:

- Windows Server 2016

- Sophos XG firewall

this is shown, when I type  show network interfaces

-> This Port is directly connected with my Fritzbox 7490 (DMZ Port)
