Xg firewall new modem problem

Maybe XG doesn't have any driver for that device.

It gets better when I disconnect the network cable and connect it to other ports.

Is the Modem installed correctly?

Is your cable intact?

I will change the cable and try.

When you connect the modem to XG, do you see lights on the interface port? That is the first level physical layer indication of the connectivity.

I installed the cable that came out of the modem and the problem was solved.
