AP15C is not appearing in AP list in Wireless Protection

Here is my concern.

Brand new installation consisting of 1 Cyberoam CR25iNG with latest software version 10.6.5 and 2 AP15C.

Before buying this installation we did tests with 1 Cyberoam CR35iNG with software version 10.6.3 MR-2 and 1 AP55. All tests succeeds.

Now the question why the new installation is not working the same way than the test platform ? How to let it work ? Is there some specific software version in AP15C ? We read on the box "SOPHOS Central Ready" is there some specific version to work with a local wireless controller inside a firewall ?

We have to put it in production on June 1st.

which version of XG are you using?

16.05 MR4?

Today we are still on Cyberoam software.

Latest 10.6.5

Christian,

you should use XG and not Cyberoam OS.

Open a ticket with support.
