Firewall only shows 40 live user at max

HI Guys

 

i am new to Sophos. I have a issues whereby Current Activities, Live Users count only shows 40 People max at any given stage. We should have over 200 people. What must this tab show?

What is it for?

    Hi Andre,

    Current activities | Live Users, will show you authenticated users through Firewall. What authentication method is configured on XG for authentication? If there is a network rule to allow LAN to WAN traffic without authentication then it must be turned OFF. There could be a possibility that some users never authenticate.
