How do I pass multiple Public IP's to different end users through XG135

I am using an XG135 with a Cisco SG200-50 switch. I know this could be done with a layer 3 switch but I did not order that-- my mistake. Current configuration is with a Cisco 892 and an SF300 so the switch is routing some Public IP addresses to clients- we are changing ISPs so I cannot use that equipment.  This is a tenant building so there are 5 tenants with their own routers that have public IP addresses. There are also tenants that are on VLANs with DHCP coming from the Sophos-- that is figured out. How can I use the XG135 to pass public IP addresses to the end users that need them while still using the main WAN as the gateway (same gateway that the VLANs are using? I read some stuff about aliasing but couldnt make sense of it... seems as if a layer 3 switch can do this then the XG should be able to...
