HTTPS decryption with own CA

Hi gents,

is there a way to reencrypt HTTPS traffic with own CA? I have imported both public and private keys to XG, but I am not able to choose which one to use. This is really needed feature, like it works in UTM.

Thank you so much!

Jakub

  • I have of course selected my own CA in WEB>Protection>HTTPS Scanning Certificate Authority (CA)

but still when I visit HTTPS site the certificate presented is signed by Sophos Appliance SSL certificate

  • Hey, Jakub.

At my lab I was able to export a Windows CA, convert it to pem and key and import into XG. After selecting the Windows CA at HTTPS Scanning Certificate Authority my newly imported certificate was used as a CA, so I'm not seeing this issue. Some screenshoots of your settings might help us figure out the problem.
