New XG 115 keeps dropping the connection

Question

I am a new Sophos user and wanting to move over from my old Forti device to Sophos XG 115 
 My XG keeps dropping the connection, only basic config has been done. The Lan to wan built in rule is the only rule configured. 
 when i RDP to a remote server i continually get this error 
 
 When i plug in my old Forti, it does not drop connections

Terry, 
 pay attention with MAC cache inside your network. Reboot all the switches and router that are inside your network and deal with your XG and try again.

Hi Terry, 
 Check #4 in my troubleshooting guide and then follow #4.2 and #4.3. I think it should resolve the issue.
