New XG 115 keeps dropping the connection

Can you please share the firewall rule? I have a feeling that the rule is matching known users only. Also can you confirm with the XG connected are you able to browse the internet or not?

It was the standard default rule, i did not change any parameters

Yes i can browse the net, but i suspect that it is perhaps disconnecting as it takes a while to update

pay attention with MAC cache inside your network. Reboot all the switches and router that are inside your network and deal with your XG and try again.
