where is the XG located?

If you use Sophos AP or XG "w" model you can have 8 different SSID and have all of them separated.

It's located in my home. It's a mini pc I'm using for the sophos xg. It's not a sophos appliance.

you can implement VLAN on XG LAN interface, but you need a switch that is capable of managing VLAN. In this way, you can create another LAN inside XG with the IP used by unifi AP and separate the users.

If you have multiple NIC on your XG (at least 3) you can use the third NIC as an additional LAN (with another IP/Subnet address) and manage the Wi-fi users separately.

this is an unmanaged switch, so no VLAN capable.
