Block all Web Traffic but allow all Office 365 services

Greetings, 
 
 I am trying to block all web traffic to a group of IP address, but allow them to access all Office 365 services. The below link provides all URL and IP addresses needed. As you can see, that is one huge list. Is there an easier way to tackle this problem?

ISTTINC , 
 you can use URL group and add domain. Then create a web profile where you add only the URL group created previously.
