XG didn't generate any log & report (V15)

Dear All,

Our Customer's XG (V15) can't generate any log & report.

It stopped at 5/9, and no any further log generated...

 

We have checked all the log's option, but it stopped at 5/9...

 

For some reasons, we can't reboot the XG.

Anyone know how to resolve the issue?
