WAN Rate Limiting

I am connecting my XG to a DMZ where i pick up my WAN.

My WAN is 40mbps but i only want the XG WAN to have maximum 19mbps.

I've tried the traffic shaping under system and services and on both the options, they dont seem to affect the global policy.... is there a guide on implementing this?

    Grant please note that the QoS and all traffic shaping settings in XG firewall are in kiloBYTES per second and NOT kiloBITS per second. So if you want to configure for 19 megaBITS per second, you will need to configure a bandwidth of 2432 KBps.
