google.com is not accessible

Hi, I have cyberoam CR300iNG running  sophos SFOS 16.05.2 MR-2, when try to access the google.com , it give error :www.google.com is currently unable to handle this request,HTTP ERROR 502 if browsing with chrome , HTTPS scanning is disabled ?
