What is zone type LOCAL?

I noticed a strange thing on one of my XG installation

I have XG135 (SFOS 16.05.3 MR-3)

I suddenly found that I have a zone named LOCAL and type is LOCAL

I can not delete or edit this zone

This zone also appears on the reports

This strange to me as I never seen this zone type before and the documentation does not mention any thing about zone type LOCAL

What is this zone type LOCAL and how it was created?
