problem with android application

Dear Helper,

when i try to connect to my digital signage server XG stopped the connection and make the application pooling and unable to connect to the server and i have create a filter to help to all the connection but when im searching about this application i didn't find it could you help me please and the website for this application www.digitalsignage.com

Mohamed,

use the Application Filter and Web Filter logs (log viewer) to undestand what is blocked? If the connection is HTTPS based, are you using decrypt and scan on the firewall rule?
