Problem cannot connect to FTP server to backup firmware

Hi to All,

Good day.

I would like to ask assistance regarding the configuration of Firmware configuration backup of my Sophos XG310 firewall. I am done configuring an FTP server. The problem I cannot make it work on Sophos to send the backup copy to FTP Server I configured. Below is the screenshot.
