how to enable only team viewer port

Hi all,

how to enable only Team viewer port for some PC, without enabling the internet, i tried to enable TCP/UDP Port 5938 as per there website but it's not working

if you are using Application Control Filter, you have to enable TeamViewer inside the application filter you are using. Have a look at this KB:

Of course you need to allow the APP and not to block.

i follow all and i found one issue, i can find only team viewer transfer

make sure you select ALL on the left side.

Only file trasfer is checked now! ;-)

While you are using team viewer check the firewall, app and web filter logs from log viewer to see how team viewer is classified and which ports are used.
