VPN connected but no traffic

I configured the VPN :

site 1 : router daytek 3900 is Head Office. IP WAN : A.A.A.A IP LAN 192.168.30.0/24

site 2 : router sophos XG31 is Branch Office. IP WAN B.B.B.B IP LAN 172.15.0.0/16

VPN connected and it isn't changed configuration, but sometimes it ping either well or not well.
