WebProxy status "DEAD"

I have a XG-115 which was working perfectly and for a reason which i don't know or understand the WebProxy just died. I have made no changes to the configuration of the appliance, it just started having this issue after some time. Does anybody have a similar problem?
Also which could be the causes for this to happen and how can I fix it?

  • Bruno,

did you try to reboot the XG and see if the problem is fixed?

I had the same issue yestarday on IMAP proxy and only the reboot fixed it. Finding the reason is almost impossible with the current logging system.

    Regards

  • The logging system is an issue. But rebooting doesn't fix it, also it happens with random amounts of time between software reinstalls which makes it impossible to troubleshoot...
Let's wait and see if things get better. Out of 3 firewalls which I came in contact with this is the only one which has shown this behaviour.
