Drag and Drop Firewall Rules on XG works poorly.

Yes i have the same problem. It doesnt work at all in chrome or firefox and is decent in Edge. 

It works in FF and Safari on a Mac, but as previously described very hit and miss.

I have found I have to drag a lower rule into place before I can move the one I want to the top. then put the other rule back where it was supposed to be.

Not being able to edit a rule's place is a right royal pain in the b***

Yep I've had the same experience.  Ironically for me it seems to work best in Internet Explorer and not at all in Chrome. 

Yes, just had a chance to try it on IE11 and it seems to work perfectly - strike one up for Microsoft!!! (but Edge is also flaky). I haven't tried Firefox yet.

I have found that if you refresh the gui on chrome it lets you drag and drop.

Seems to be working on Edge as well now.

It is a crap interface but somehow, somehow, it is progress.  Go to chrome.  Should work fine.  I do not know what over schroled moron on the dev team came up with Schrol down, click, Scrol down click.  FFS Sophos it is only a router, not an e-novel.
